Sex offenders

There was an article in the Wichita Eagle about how to locate Sex Offenders. I think what everybody is adocating is Illegal. Every offender regardless of why they are Felon after a certain amount of time should have a right to a normal life. People are crazy as the more they advocate the publicity the worse things seem to get. If there is a problem with children then it is time that Parents and Teachers got resonsible for the youth. There is so much sex on the Television and movies that it is destroying this country. How many teens are having babies and they do not seem to control. Maybe it it time that people ought have a little fear in their systems about having sex. Mayby it would be better if the kids if they are having trouble controlling themselves to go back to Masterbating not always doing what come naturally. It is pretty bad when 12 year old girls are running the streets with out supervision. Anyway back to the article about location of sex offenders and what are the results. The results are pretty bad - one these people after they have made up for their mistakes should have possible be able to have a new life. Just look at the recidism rate of sex offenders and it is shown to be the lowest rate of all the felons. I remember a house where teen age girls lived and boys were brought in to get them pregnant or have sex. I remember a radio talk show where it was recommended that the Fathers have sex with their daughters to keep them from running the streets. How many teachers are having sex with their students before they get caught? I could go on but this country has to get off this advocating where all the sex offender live and what kind of car they drive. Even they have a right to ive a normal life. People make mistakes all their lives and they should not have to pay for the rest of their live. How many step fathers have permission of their wife to have sex with their step daughters. I think that it is more than people realize. I am starting to ramble but quit but sex offenders after a certain amount have a right to a normal life.
