2 cp,,emts -teachers and CEO's

CEO's - question - why are not held accountable like any lower level Employee. How can put the company in debt - yet they are not accountable. There is something wrong somewhere. I know supposedly they are accountable to the Board of Directors and some instance to the Stock Holders. Who pays for their actions- from what I see are the Consumers and the Employees.
The second comment are the Teachers and if you look at the progress that has been made. The more Degree people as Teachers - lower the level the Schools have become.
I think I have mentioned before but back in the 30's and prior to that , all they had to do is to pass a Test. With that system - there was no Psychology in the schools, 1st grade had full course and by the time they got to 3rd grade there was real long division and they had to use their head and count. Along with Penmanship etc. Why does not people look at that point of view, and either rework So call teacher's colleges or just eliminate them. Enough said
