goals of big Corp.

What can be done when all the Big corp are selling out the American class. The Unions like all units go over board. It is too bad that Unions does not set up schools with in their Organization to increase their members not only education but to let their members grow. If they try to increase their standards of their member just think how far their members can grow. One of the problems of the UNions is simple they defend their weak or uneducated members and do not demand that their members continue to grow. Of course big Corporations do not try to increase their Employees education or Growth. Is it possible that these Corporations do not want their employees to grow. At one time Corp. used to promote their employees to higher. But this is true of the government systems as they go out of state to hire somebody for the Management jobs. There is a big weakness as there is no longer the Middle management to help promote the Corporations and consequently there is no longer any growth potential like there use to be at one. This an excuse to the heads of these groups to demand huge salaries and what ever else like stock options. They say they make all the decisions of Management so there is not any possible way for lower level employee to grow but still if the employee wants to make the Corporation or Union to grow or even to make them profit. I think that I rambled enough.
