school bond issues

The paper give out the people that supported the bond issue. I noticed that it was the construction companies - in other words those that would profit from the Bond Issue. The big problem with increased bond issue and increased taxes are that it doesn 't increase the quality of the schools. In order to raise the level of the school- there has to be a change in the education of the Teachers, The quality of the text books and please the grade school students allowed to learn. The text books that there is now is the simple fact that the steps are too minute for the students to learn. Maybe it does not require smarter teacher but it sure would allow the students a greater chance to learn. More money will not increase the level of education- fancey building do not give higher levels of education. It is too bad that the so called educators do not learn what is wrong with our education system. I think they are too ignorant to understand what is going on.
