age of girls running the steet

There was an artical in the paper where a 14 year girl went to a party at 11pm and somebody murdered her. What is the idea of a 14 year old going to a party with a 19 year guy at 11pm in the evening. Where were her parents ? It looks to me that something is wrong somewhere with kids in their early teens can run the streets at that age. I told my kids that their parents are not running the streets and they had no right to do this. This is the problem today with our educational system that teaches the kids about their rights and their freedom of action. Instead of teaching the kids actual education they teach them how to socialize and get along with their class mates, etc. I wonder when the parents and educator wake up and teach real responsibility and a real education not just their rights and mental freedom. These kids have to learn responisbilty and a real education. Even in grade school such things as Penmanship as writing a long paper really teaches the subject. They need to go back to the old fashion of learning and the responsibility of individual actions. There are too many teen agers dying on the streets. This country is really losing out. We are losing many talented people by allowing this type of Freedom and actions. It is too bad that we do not have some real educator that really teach the meat of the subject instead of of socialogy of getting along with people. It is not working and when is this country going to wake up. I can give a thought on the subject like we write latin forms and speak a form of German. this goes back to the Angle Sazons who were German to be give with and their grammar came from the Romans. Enough said but I sure wish the people would wake up as again I would like to see Less Teenagers dying and getting into Drug. The approach that is used today will not change anything for the better. I do not know who reads what write but I do find that in writing these subjects there seems to be articles that bring out this subject. More money for the educators will not improve the schools and get less teenagers ot die and get into things that does not solve the probllem. Enough said
