CEO'leadership and pay

I saw in this morning's paper where the head of Spirit aviation goft 853 thousand dollars as a Bonus. If that was a person on the line, they would not get a huge bonus. That probably put his salary and bonus probally well over a Million dollars. Why should these top Management get these huge bonus's and salary in doing their so call Normal job. There is something wrong with the way Management is treated. Are they really worth it. I would say no,no,no. I wonder when this country will wise up and go after these people if nothing else on taxes. companies should be taxed in such a way that if they hire people and buy equipment then they have less people. They should not be paid about how much they manipulate either the stock , lay off people,or expand the company with out any new employes. If they are actually worth the bonus's then the people that actually make the money for them like the employees should get more money. Why should the employees work like a slave and not get nothin for. Think about what I have written . Again there is something wrong with our corporations that they can get away with stuff like this. It always remind me of Northwest Airline many years ago when they went Private and put the airline I think it was 3 billion dollars in debt and yet the employees get the blame for their fiancial trouble. I think there are many corporation in that boat. what was the problem with these companies that went under and yet paid their management big bonus's. Don
