Speech by Louis Dreyfes

Every american ought to hear the speech given before the nation press club- talk about what it takes to be an american. he brought up a point that President Bush is not a king and the american people to realize that kings do not make a democracy. Matter of fact a point was reached that maybe he should be impeached on the way he is attempting to rule. not to change the subject he is not the only one that is starting to bring that up. It seems like he thinks he does not have to tell the American people as to what he is doing. He is investigating people that are against his ideas like invirormentalists,etc because they are against big business interests. it reminds me of the problems of the Sago mine in West Virginia where his admininstration refuses to collect fines as all the people in the unit are ex COs of the mining industry as his labor dept refuses to look out for the laboring people. This reminds me of the Regan administration as they did the same thing. It seems like the republican party is following the Coolidge Administration in the 20's in the trickle down approach as it seems like he started it. Every body thinks the republican party can do no wrong but they are destroying this country. it use to be they were for this country. The Arab country that is trying to take over our ports helped from I can read helped finance the terrorists previously. I am afraid international business is basically destroying this country. I have been for world government in the past but something has to be done to keep control of small countries that help foster our so call war on Terrism. I see where Religion is trying to take over the Air Force academy for a certain brand of Christianity. Religions will destroy this country's freedom if we do not look out as they are trying to destroy our education system. People need to learn if they want freedom to think,etc. People please learn and learn to think besides a narrow point of view.

Clinton -sex- Bush -goodie goodie

Clinton had his sex problems- The right wing spent 150 million to try and get clinton on Sex. The republican congress spent 40 hours investigating Clinton on Christmas Cards. The republican congress will not investigat Bush"s problems except to try to cover up and protect him.The list could go on- But just think it did not affect trying to erase our (republican sponsored National debt) our national debt that keeps on growing under Bush. Maybe Bush needs a little extra sex to get our country going again. Bush has the wrong agenda- our growing national debt, our growing trade inbalance,our loss of freedom, loss of decent wages, sell out of big business, sell out to the rich and powerful. our environmental loss, constant increase in local taxes due to the loss of federal support for highways etc,High price of sell out to oil companies subsidies etc. I keep reading the republican people comparing Clinton's sex problems with above problems . Which one is affecting us the worst. Clinton's sex problems did not affect us but the above problems ares affecting us now and our children and grand children . Which is the worst? think people -think and somehow force the Republicans to change and investigate themselves or should I say ha-Ha- ha.

IG's inspector generals in the Govt

I learned something today that shocked me. it seems the IG's do not have any authority to do anything about complaints. They supposedly investigate then turn it over the the agency that the the complaint was turned against. In a sense the IG's have been lying to the american people whether the it was the troops, people in the difererent agencies etc. In other words they are a cover for the wrong doers and to protect them. It always reminds me of the different projects that I have worked on and things never got fixed. I wonder how many f 16 pilots could have been saved when they first came out because of the wiring problems. I remember talking to a mechanic in the air force and the enlisted people finallly got it fixed. There is a story that the FAA will lnot force the airlines to fix some of the problems until enough blood has been spilt. Again it was shocking to hear that the IG's do not have any power to fix the troubles or at least keeep it a secret who described the problem and at least keep the people names a secret. Why have any layers of this type if they are not going to do something or least keep the people's name a secret.

impeachment of Bush

I heard a speech on CNN about the media not have much courage. He was an actor that spoke about the hollywood and the press. His name was richard Dryfus spelled wrong. anyway he brought up about american standards like free press, people not afraid to take on impossible issues. One of the several things was the power of basically fox news and nothin coming out and yet the power the news network had on the american public. He even brought out that there ought to be talk of impeachment of Pres Bush because of the illegal things like Wire tapping of american citizens, torture of prisoners, etc. there were 3 main items mentions. he mentioned that Bush is not a king and should not act like one and the american people should quit acting like Bush was king before we lose our democracy. There was one other thing that Bush should be impeached for and that is the national debt that will have to be paid for by children and grandchildren. He said he is not a democrat or republican but an american. when is the american people going to start acting like true american not liberal nor conservative( in my apinion that group is trying to make us slaves) even they should be listened to with patience. A columnist named molly ivins wrote about the Bush administration and ending comment - " -it was in the Wichita Eagle on FEb 15th. or was all of that caused by deliberate government. In other words is the Bush administration and the Republican party trying to reduce our status to slavery. ( some comments of course the Cheney shooting was an accident ?,is it an accident when your home and life was destroyed by the flood follwing a hurricane - especially if the flood was caused by failed levees , a government responsibility. etc. Impeachment may be in order for Bush and his administration.

here is a man that seems to have a lot of influence(on channel 24) but has not learned who run ours national government. In so many area - he keeps mentions the democrats about the problems in our national government and keeps mentioning that they are part of the problem. I wonder who controlls hime and directing what he has to say. He has not learned that we have a one party government controlled by George Bush and the republican party. They are reponsible for the Government not the Democrats as they can only slow up the mess that they are putting this country. Of course if the democrats could find a way to get people back in the streets then it might change. The republicans control the calender and everything. Since the media help cover up the troubles and help sensor the information, this does not help. I understand they did not require the atty General Gonzales did not have to swear to tell the truth so that he did not have to be accountable and I have read where the Oil companies CEO also were in the same boat about the profits that their companies were making. This is not the Democrats fault but it is the Republican congress is allowing these people to lie if they want to. Remember they are in controll of the committees not the democrats. I admit the information is out there on what it going on but the average person does not know this. Just like the Bush administration is censoring the scientist so that they will only say what the administration wants them to say. Our scientific community is going down hill. I could go on - please people wake up.
