school bond issues

The paper give out the people that supported the bond issue. I noticed that it was the construction companies - in other words those that would profit from the Bond Issue. The big problem with increased bond issue and increased taxes are that it doesn 't increase the quality of the schools. In order to raise the level of the school- there has to be a change in the education of the Teachers, The quality of the text books and please the grade school students allowed to learn. The text books that there is now is the simple fact that the steps are too minute for the students to learn. Maybe it does not require smarter teacher but it sure would allow the students a greater chance to learn. More money will not increase the level of education- fancey building do not give higher levels of education. It is too bad that the so called educators do not learn what is wrong with our education system. I think they are too ignorant to understand what is going on.

Sex offenders

There was an article in the Wichita Eagle about how to locate Sex Offenders. I think what everybody is adocating is Illegal. Every offender regardless of why they are Felon after a certain amount of time should have a right to a normal life. People are crazy as the more they advocate the publicity the worse things seem to get. If there is a problem with children then it is time that Parents and Teachers got resonsible for the youth. There is so much sex on the Television and movies that it is destroying this country. How many teens are having babies and they do not seem to control. Maybe it it time that people ought have a little fear in their systems about having sex. Mayby it would be better if the kids if they are having trouble controlling themselves to go back to Masterbating not always doing what come naturally. It is pretty bad when 12 year old girls are running the streets with out supervision. Anyway back to the article about location of sex offenders and what are the results. The results are pretty bad - one these people after they have made up for their mistakes should have possible be able to have a new life. Just look at the recidism rate of sex offenders and it is shown to be the lowest rate of all the felons. I remember a house where teen age girls lived and boys were brought in to get them pregnant or have sex. I remember a radio talk show where it was recommended that the Fathers have sex with their daughters to keep them from running the streets. How many teachers are having sex with their students before they get caught? I could go on but this country has to get off this advocating where all the sex offender live and what kind of car they drive. Even they have a right to ive a normal life. People make mistakes all their lives and they should not have to pay for the rest of their live. How many step fathers have permission of their wife to have sex with their step daughters. I think that it is more than people realize. I am starting to ramble but quit but sex offenders after a certain amount have a right to a normal life.

Bush - the president - what

I can not think of a worser president that we have had for the last 8 years. I get the impression that Bush is trying to destroy this country. If that is so does he not belong in prison, not just impeached. I see where he has put out a ruling that allows people to tell people that to do their iindividual thing. Like not giving drugs to people regardless whether signed by a Doctor or not. I do not understand how we could have elected such a person. Bush took us to war on Lies, taking care of his Rich buddies at the expense of the average Person. That is what we Elected to be the President for 8 years. I made a statement to a man that worked on our Roof that anybody that voted for a Republican must be a fool and is trying to destroy our own Country but the Problem is that people do not realize what they vote for or the Reason for voting for that partical person. That is one of the problems with ourt School system what teach a Youngster how to punch Keys on a Computer but no knowledge. Of Course who reads my Blog but then again I write this I get the impression that other people have simlar ideas like mine.
I really wonder if we have Global Warming and not just a Cycle that we are going through. I just got out of the Hospital so who knows I many more that I will Write. The Artic is Melting and there should be a Ship route through the Artic Ocean. There was a show the other day that showed the Artic Area was very hot. I gather that if the Earth's tilt is changed a minor bit that there could be another Ice Age.
I wonder a lot of things as it is too bad that instead of the life I lived - I did not put the time and effort but then again - the Computer has been out only so many yeas even this takes knowledge to work.But then again everything takes time to learn and time is very slow the absorb knowledge and be able to use it.
