Democratic congress

I notice since the Democratic congress got in and there is questions things are changing in Washington. it seemed like the Bush gve so call secret info to senators and it was false about the iraq situation. and they are starting to blab. Why did these people not tell the people the truth before we went into iraq. i even see where newspapers are starting to right editiorials about what went on again it is too late after Bush and his cohorts lied. I even see a book out by the former CIA chief about the liees. Again the republicans went after clinton about sex and net cost of 150 million yet here is another Republican administration the has lied to this country ,breaking out country fiancially and where are the Republican Senators and Reps.Every one of these people ought to be impeached and sent out of Washington. Iraq has cost us about 4000 deaths and 25000 wounded and maybe 10 thousand disabled veterans for the rest of their lives. and as long as I am writing what about our louse grade school that is destroying this country. A writer for the wichita Eagle wrote about high school graduates that can not do math. I wrote him a letter stating the problem with our grade school teachers. Their lack of education and of course their stupidity. Again just to state the problem- Pscology and Sociaoligy does not teach math. i am getting off the subject- but to repeat this country can not afford to go to war. Our military does not have the man power or women power to really go to war. It seems like our military generals do not seem to have the knowledge to go war. I have heard many ex miliitary officers talk about how bad the Bush administration is and how bad the war in Iraq has been run and the lack of people to properly do the job. enough .

Our judicial system

There is something wrong the way our Judicial system. Politics seem to sway how our district atty system works. They seem to go after cases that will get them reelected. There is the case about 3 athletes at Duke University that apparently charged on the basis of strip tease of a black girl saying that she had been raped. In this case apparently she had not been raped. But the university should not have allowed their athletes the freedom to hier such a person. In this case the individuals had plenty of money so they got off . Evidence wise she had not been raped. College athletes seem to get by with anything and in some cases the rumor is some college athletic department brought in girls for their football athletes would go to their school. Anyway this has nothing to do with what I writing about. It does seem like there has been many cases where the evidence was not presented fully or even the circumstances were something else and people were declared guilty. The whole story is that the district atty's just wanted a guilty verdict regardless of the situtation and there is not any comeback. There has been many cases rehashed on TV where the guilty verdict was wrong or even out of - cant think- of what it should be. Of course we have Judges that bend over backward to back of the district atty regardless of the situation and if these people are supposed to be Judges then they have to somehow see both sides of the coin and they refuse to do. Unless the defendant has plenty of money -how many poor defendents get a fair trial. There was a case here where a 75 year man that walked out of a Quick trip with 2 hot dogs worth 2 dollar yet he stayed in jail I think it was at least 60 days because of midemer of some sort 20 years ago. This is our Justice system. The case cost 5 thousand plus over a 2 dollar hot dog. Where was the district atty with letting this case go to trial. He was let go. Anything to let the system look good. What kind of judicial system is there that can back up like these sex cases. yt they have the lowest cant think of the word but less than 1 percent of these cases do it over again. Wnen they do they make the national news . What kind of system do we have that makes for mob rule. ones that rob are really the only ones that do it all over again. If a person regardless of the offense except in extreme cases can get by cleanly for 10 yeas then they should be erased from the system instead of bing hung for the rest of their lives. I think the computers have done a lot of damage to this country and it could destroy our freedom. Every body makes mistakes but with computers that is no longer possible and with our gung how judicial system and crooked lawyers what change does the lower middle class have. Everybody is how to destroy them from our government on down. When people allow themselves to vote or reelect judges on the basis that they do - I am afraid this country is gone. We nolonger tax the rich so directly or in directly the taxes on middle class increases in proportion to their income. One last comment -we no longer have a public school system that leads student in responsibility and knowled so what should we have in our judicial system.

Discussion on CIA etc

I listened to a discussion on CNN about the use of Inelligence on private citizens and also Media putting out some intelligence.It is a problem that the media should not put out information that could support our enemies but there has been a problem especially with the present administration but the President and the Vice president put out information to hired reporters so set the American people up for a particular policy. The wheels keep coming up with policies that try to keep things from American people. yet the same time they putting out information that are false. So much false information has been put out by even the present Sec of State that how can the people have any idea what the truth is. It has turned out that the truth about the Iraq War that turned the people on to allow the Bush Asministration to go to war.There was a time during the Clinton Administration when they went after the Bombers of the Building in NY and they told the courts how they figured out who the Bombers were and this was not good. Some things should be kept Secret. Now then How do we convict people when we wound up telling the world how we were able to convict these people. It is a problem and in this situation some other way should have been found. But when an administration goes wild and put out a name of a CIA operative to the reporters and the reporter print it and this was done in order go against here husband when then were trying to cover up lies to the American People. This also is wrong.But when there is an administration like the pesent Bush that has lied to the American people then what are we do ? We have had CIA administration with this Preesicency and have helped these people to lie for political reasons. Is that there job. Is not the presidency supposed to appoint people to do a job for the American People and not just being there for political reasons. Loyalty is wonderful but for Instance the ATTY Gen. should be required to American people and uphold the law regardless of their political party preferences. I could go on as my wife said to me. Most of these jobs should require a non political preference. This is even true of the Supreme Court otherwise our democracy is gone. It looks like I have rambled enough but people should listen and learn and try to find both sides of the coins.

Impeaching of Bush and Cheney

it could be a thought for the democratic Congress to think about. Bush and Cheney lied about going to war with Iraq about the Reasons. It must be remembered that there was not sufficient ground troops to operate there. These people swore to uphold the constitution. Just the reason that our deep debt that they have produced and of last but not least but the sell out to countries like China. The destruction of our middle class is enough of our to think about impeachment. The people that they brought in became a bunch of liars. This has become the Republlican party.I could go on but this is my thought for the day.
