Just think while the Republicans were incharge during the Bush and Cheney administration put the War as not part of the Budget process. Whose fault is it that we are 13 trillion dollars. I was answering his letter but got cut off. Many years North West Airlines under some CEO's went private and I believe the Airline went 3 Billion dollars in debt expecting the Employees and the Public ( air line custimors to pay for it. )As it turned out - it could not be done and now they are part of Delta Airlines. And remember the Saving's and Loan scandel during the Reagan adminstration the public had to pay for these people not doing their job. I could go on about the Republican administration with the the Corporation apparently in charge of our Government. Oil spill and BP

I just had to write a note about BP and the attitude that they have. It seem like I read somewhere that they were involved in a Oil Spill in Alaska and it was not maintaining a pipe line. It seems like they do not want to maintain or run safety with their equipment. Profit is a great motive. And they have done a good job in paying off the politicians and the people invoved in putting out the rules. Remember the time Vice President Cheney held a meeting with the power companies and would not release any info. Maybe he ought to be put in Jail for not being honest with the American People. He has pretty wll kept his Mouth shut. Remember it was his former Company that got prime contracts in Iraq also was involved in the Spill that is going on. Maybe even Bush ought to be questions by the Senate investigating committees as to what went on during his administration. I remember that they tried tried to get Clinton on charges and yet whose administration sold out out. It is too bad that the Republicans and a few Democrats are williing to try to destroy this country. Is it too late?

Corporations,congress and the Suipreme court

This Oil Spill is a good example of how these corporations control Congress. If you have the money - well they can talk people into voting for the wrong peopleThere was a deal in the Spreme court where they voted that Corporations could spend all the money they wanted to be able to convert people so that they can control Congress. Just think the Democratic Senator from Louisana who got somewhere around a Million Dollars made a statemen that the small companies had to have no rules and no taxes so that they could drill like in the Gulf. Except the oil companies are huge International Companies with Headquarters in Countries like Switzerland. These companies are not American Companies any more and do not care about the American people. I remember back in the 30's and forties that someposedly they were in Collution with the Automable companies to keep the Gas Consumption low they could make money. It was the Japanese Companies that introduced cars with 20 or 30 mpg and 100 thousand worranty. Did the American people know what was going on? I do not think so. American people need to get a better education and learn what is going on in this world. Oh well we are only 12 trillion dollars in debt due to the Republicans and how many trillion dollars in debt due to the use of Credit Card are the American People? American people sure elect the wrong people for the wrong reasons.

I think this maybe has said but having the Police able to stop you for now papers showing whether the person was a citizen or not. It is getting to the point that Police can stop you for every little thing. What is this going to do to our freedom? The conservative ideas funded by the national or internations corporations will make us slaves. Just like the campaign against Unions but will 5 dollars a hour pay the bills. Will the lacks of insurance if the so call Conservatives get their way allow us to have Health insurance since the Corporations being so deep in debt cannot afford things for their employees. If they keep this up will there be people to buy their products regardless how much phony sales talk there is. It is starting to get that way now. There was a young man at the door the other day and he wanted to give us a free something or other if I would sign some kind contract. These type of sales take will just put people in more debt. If it is said that this has nothin to do with the law in Arizona will it does as this is part of drive by the conservatives to control this country and in the end will make us Slaves. That is why people have to think about who the people are voting for and not ask questions about their real philosophy and what they will do when they get into Office. Do you want schools, education, decent jobs and a real home? I think that people should think about what have been writing. People should learn the history of civization and what happens when Conservative get in power . There are religions that want to make their peopls slaves and lack of education. Who is paying for these terrible programs? it appears that it is the Corporations who pay for these ideas. But will the Corporations have anything in the end when it comes home to roost. Just think about the oil spill and these corporations having control over Government. I could go on but there needs to be a change in the Conservatives attitude before these people are slaves and do not have homes. These people in the end will pay the price just like everybody else. early training for youth

There was a story in Wahoo about training young piano players. It seems like it increases their brain power also become the star Piano player by starting out as very young such as under 10 years old. Maybe that is why the older generation was able to do math etc. They used to start children in first grade with the standard courses like penmanship, math and I do not mean 1 plus 1, etc. With starting out with the main coarses at 6years old, by the time they got to be adults they were able to assum actual responsiblity and know what they were doing. Many years ago there were not baby books for reading, and if you look up old mcgovey readers - they use to ask the 5 questions in 1st and 2nd grade. The students by practice how to learn to think and not expect the world to give them a living. Tormorrow is not the an swer to learn and this is what this article brings out with the piano player.

Religion and the Dynasoars and troubles

I was watching show on TV about the idea that 65 years ago a asteroid hit the Earth and obliterated the Dynasoars. What ever it was it allowed Mamals and us eventuall . It seems like big things seem to happen that allow a new should I say generation. Without that incident we would not be here. Yet people do not know how to get along with one another. The different Religions are alway trying to be the Only Religion and I mean the worst part of these religions. So many wars have come about because of Religion and the trying to jam their ideas down people's throat. I think that the Cathlic Religion have finally religized that Science and Religion can get along with one another. I could go into what the Moslems are trying to do in different countries and it is not good. Just think we will be in the same boat as the Dynsaors were when they died off. It maybe too late now but we may have to find another planet to go to if we want to survive.According to what the Scientist are saying that if it was not for Jupiter in the location along with the size we would not be here. It is too bad people do not find a way to get along with one another. I know that civilization can not afford more wars. I understand that the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq has cost us over a trillion dollars. Just think what that could be used in science to help us survive another Asteroid. Don

Republicans and their stupid campaign

The party of do nothin and no and various other lies that they put out . They sure do not truly represent their constituents. Like the gal from Minnesota who keeps on screaming about the Democrats whose district has a very high unemployment record and various other troubles that really need Government help. At least here in the state of Kansas - it can be seen what the Federal money is doing, alll the Road construction and repair that is going on. We should have some pretty good streets after this is over. Then there is the question of what are these workers going to do after the Federal money runs out, but it is a start in putting America back to work. It is sure a terrible thing what the big Corporations are doing this country. They have bought off the Republicans and apparently even the Supreme court who voted that a Corporation could spend all the money they want for Elections. They have really spported mainly the Republicans but some Democrats go big payoff. There is this deal where the Democratic Senator from Louisana got somewhere aroun a million or more. She came out said she had to support the Corporations because she thought to have take care of the small guy or family driller. That is a joke. The republicans are accusing the President of not doing enough for the defense of this country but look what happened in New York City- they caugt the guy in 53 hours and of course the city was lucky that bomb ladened care was careless done and did not go off. It is too bad that the Republicans are running a campaign of lies and deceptions about everything. I hope that the American people are not fooled by them. Don

There was a article about the destruction of the Forest inorder to put Destruction of
Ships as prime importance. It should be remembered that Bangladesth is a very low lying country and with the trees (which were planted by the People), it could possibly float away and or have big floods and lose people to the Global change. I wonder when people will understand what is going on put pressure on Govenments to save our future. Of course there is a problem in tha Bangladish is one of the few places that will take ships and dismantle them for the materials that they are made of.By the way Bangladesh is one of the few coun tries that when we had troubles ( do not remember what they were)but gave us help Population is growing problem and one of these day we will face the future with Mass Extermination. Bangladesh is on of the countries that has to face such a problem. As usual I am getting off of the main Subject that I am writing. But the cutting of massive Forests for Farm or Business use is slowly going get all of us. We even had a problem in Louisana when Katrina hit and the Wet lands were gone. back to the moon

Why do not we go back to the moon? There could be a civilzatio buit their and give us a place to go into space. We could get the experience that is needed to build a rocket or what ever is needed so that instead of going into orbit to get to places in the space. at one time when we were on the moon- I believe it was Republic Air Craft in Long Island designed building that could give us a place to live.Sometimes maybe we have to take smaller steps using advance techology. This give us experience and the equipment to actually go to Space. The way things are going here on Earth, we will need a place to go if the Human race is to survive. We do not use our heads when we get the chance. I was at the Legion today helping to put out the Builitin and I listened to my mouth running wild about my experiencies in life. That was pretty stupid but think what people do on earth as they run off the mouth and actually destroying things. We have a habit in this country of bulding up a research project and just like people like me , talk big about doing things but throw the towell in and then we have to start over and the people that made it possible are no longer with us. We do need to go to space with people because of research that come out it. Like the Pacemaker that I am wearing and helping to keep me alive. There has to be a goal like Space projects to get that type of research going and not just run off the mouth. I have really wondered this evening but it is fun and I enjoy doing this. Don

Veteran clubs

I am beginning to wonder what the Staate of Kansas and local government want to destroy the local Veteran organization. These are the organizations that fight for present day Veteran that come back from Iraq and Aghanistan. The young veterans doesn't seem to want to get into the organization like the old ww2 and Korean. The Vietnam vets are joing up. Anyway there is a lot of trouble with the vets coming back from the present wars. things like being homeless, Mental problems and legs gone from the IED. The present day vet also grew up different than the old timers. The young people have their own music etc and to devil with the adults. They are taught to do their own thing and not be part of anything. anyway back to vet organizations the state wants tax the membership and only allow these organization 3 money making deals. The money from the Dues are not enough to cover the expenses so it has to raise money to survive so that means good by for these organizations. With the amount of unemployment that is going on I guess whose figures that are used - aound 10 or 12 percent so there is not any money for these projects such as Boys state etc. I guess I have griped enough so will call it a evening
